Frey.

AI executive assistant

An executive assistant that walks in with your day already understood.

Frey is an AI executive assistant for founders, operating partners, and principals running more than one company. It connects to your Gmail and your Google or Microsoft calendar and turns the noise into a short, decided day — not another inbox to work.

What an AI executive assistant should actually do

Most tools wait for instructions. An executive assistant arrives with the day understood. Frey is built as the second kind. Every morning it reads across every mailbox and calendar you connect and gives you:

  • A morning brief — what changed overnight, what is on today, and the two or three threads that genuinely need you.
  • 60-second meeting prep — a dossier before each meeting, drawn from your own mail and calendar history with that person.
  • A triaged postbox — your inbox sorted into what to read, what to answer, and what to ignore, with a one-tap draft reply.
  • A decisions queue — the open calls sitting in your inbox, each ready to route to your calendar, your tasks, or a draft reply.

Who it is for

Second-time founders, operating partners, and principals whose inbox and calendar have quietly become a second job. If you run several ventures at once and lose hours a week just reconstructing where things stand, that is the job Frey does before you wake up.

Private by construction

Your mail and calendar are read only to render your own features. Nothing is sold, nothing trains a shared model, and you can export or delete everything at any time. Frey never sends email for you — it only writes drafts to your Gmail Drafts for you to review and send yourself.
