Frey.Digital Executive Assistant

AI note-taking assistant

Remember the work, not merely the words.

Frey brings personal notes and evidence-backed meeting notes into one private record. Write a thought, file it with a project, or return to what a meeting established without losing the original session.

Personal notes and meeting notes belong together

A founder’s record does not begin and end with calls. It includes the idea written on a phone, the outline beside a project, the decision made in a meeting, and the follow-up that survives it. Frey keeps those sources distinct while making them retrievable from the same Notes room.

  • Personal notes — titled outlines with bullets, to-dos, autosave, and clean Markdown underneath.
  • Project filing — keep a note unfiled, place it with an existing project, or open a new project from the note.
  • Meeting notes — a concise recap, decisions, outcomes, and actions derived from captured meeting evidence.
  • One note record — search personal and meeting notes by title, summary, decision, or action.

Meeting memory with an audit trail

Frey never turns preparation into a fictional meeting recap. A meeting enters Notes only after evidence was captured and its review completed. Recurring or rescheduled meetings append numbered sessions instead of silently overwriting the history. Open any result to return to its exact meeting dossier.

Organisation without maintaining a second brain

You do not need to design a folder hierarchy before writing. Personal notes can stay unfiled until their home is clear, then move with the project they support. Meeting notes carry their own meeting and session identity automatically.

Private by construction

Notes are scoped to your Frey account and are never shared as a team workspace. Raw meeting transcripts are not retained in the note library; Frey keeps the compact review and its evidence references, then removes provider media after processing. Your personal data is not used to train a shared model.
